A mate in Glasgow has emailed to say he heard Billy Sloan play "first-ever play" of a track from new SH cd last night on Radio Clyde.

I am trying to get Play-Again on their website, but can't make it happen. Any help much appreciated.

PS he played "No Bleeding Hearts" and my pal says it was "awesome"!

I've pre-ordered mine from Amazon.

Just ordered the album with HMV.  Can't wait!  Love the cover....juvenile tale see the titanic sail into New Brighton. Track titles sound intersting and can't wait to hear them.  And a Daniel Johnson song included to boot.  Marvellous!!!!!......and a tour! Wow!!!

Was thinking about a song for SH to cover on the Jules radio show and thought of "I Want You Back" the old Jackson 5 classic I know Steve would do a great job on it.

Just seen the picture for what i guess is the sleeve cover of the Stranger Comes To Town newie......Looks cool but really hope when i get my mits on this much anticipated album the "& Cockney Rebel" makes an appearance under Steve's name like it did for the Quality of Mercy.  

Oh my word ! I just thought What a wonderful gift to cherish , A New Album, it's like the best birthday present ever ! My 50th Birthday is this May, and what do I get to look forward too ? , not only A tour, but A new Album as well ! How cool is that ? Thank You Thank you Thank You

a couple of days ago I shared some thoughts here, but think I should point out some of them got lost in cyberspace space, all was not clear ! ( where did that text go ? )

anyway ! to explain, I started by saying , that coming in to the site was like walking back into my old school , back to where my old Art class was , to take some further education , acquire more incite from life's lessons , from as far back as 73 this Class has stood the test of time , I so needed to enrol in this new Art of music class in 2010 …... how it warms my cold heart ? The feeling I get from looking over the old place , still excited as a kid in a sweet shop to be here, so looking forward to this new Art in music study :-) class :-) so looking forward ….. :-) I may well be 50 in May, but I've a feeling I'll be feeling more like a 5 year old kid at Christmas :-)

Just washed through me! As I sat and looked over the site,

It’s been far too long a time since I paid a visit, (well apart from Sunday to wish many happy returns)

 ( well maybe I never quite ! )

 sitting here remembering all the good times, meeting new friends, staying good mates, the fun and laughter I recollect ! Looking around to see how things have changed, since I was last here.  its looks Fresh and new, but it’s still  the same place I spent so many happy times in, not changed too much , still the solid sound structure, the foundation’s where built to last , it’s just up to date now  , clean and modern looking ! not demolished and torn down , by the vandals who stole the handles ( I remember the odd invaders ) but the true ones all the colourful and wonderful individuals, a little different in some way,  from each other , but all unique in a class of their own, and  all with that one thing in common, lovers of  fine art ! Mr H’s art of music,   this is my art /music room, I remember, recall!  It was always the best place for me to be! In this school of life!  I’d always come here, with friend

Sorry It's late ! but I've been at ms morrisons, booking and looking,planning and checking just how many gig's we can possibly manage on the up n comeing tour ( oooow getting  just a little excited now ) plane's and boats and trains !!!!
