It was a fabulous night. Steve sang 4 songs. Two of Bowie’s and two of his own. He received a rapturous reception.
I’m not saying anymore until I’ve been to Liverpool tomorrow night as I don’t want to spoil it for those who haven’t been but will be there tomorrow night.

Liverpool was awesome....firstly have to say that I'd never heard of Mike Garson before these dates,having said that,that won't bother him!!! But Mike was fantastic,what a player and he looked so pleased to be out there on stage.The Singers and the Band were obviously top drawer, magnificent musicians.Mr Harley took to the stage on a mission...you could tell he was up for this...Changes,A Friend For Life, Absolute Beginners and Sebastian,all were marvellous! Messrs Harley and Norman were full of smiles and so were the crowd.Two of my friends long term Bowie fans were mightily impressed with SH...they will be seeing him again as I expect many of the Bowie Fans will again....Hope there's more to come from Garson/Harley! Another top night in the Journey...well played Steve H !!

What a fabulous night. Steve was the star in my eyes although the rest were fabulous.
Steve sang his soul away for Sebastian. His rendition of Changes was just fab and joined by Steve Norman for Absolute Beginners was a treat.
Was it you that admitted to being at the Empire in 76? I was there on front row. Also Liverpool Stadium when it decided to self ignite midway into Death Trip.
Whoever asked by the way the bowler was dark red with a long coat to match.
Those were the days but Chesterfield Holmfirth and Glasgow beckons.
This journey continues.

Lovely to read Stewart and Alexa's words about Liverpool, but for me the highlight was the Garson piano version, and Harley voice, with no other accompaniment, for A Friend For Life, with Steve mouthing every sacred syllable like his pen depended on it - pardon the poetry! Truly a wonderful, memorable set, though,, all four tracks being brilliantly performed by Mr H - Steve just grows in stature as the years pass. And Alexa is right that he sang his heart out on the Garson backed Sebastian. Great band - up there with the latest Cockney Rebel. What a night! I will come over from Frankfurt any time this show is repeated.
