I was at the IndigO2 gig, up in 'the gods'. Fantastic set and quite enjoyed the rant. For me, part of Steve's charm is how he says it as it is. I have attended a school speaking competition where opponents were messaging. Very distracting for speakers. I do church talks sometimes and will glare at the first person in the congregation to tweet! Joking aside, well done for your apology, you're the man!
Gracious response too. Winners all round. It was my first SH & CR gig since the 70s and umm still buzzing. Fantastic set Steve. Cried at Stranger comes to town and SO identified with the leaving home song you wrote for your son (and daughter). Have just asked other half to buy me tickets for Birmingham for my birthday. Rock on!
