Day off again, currently listening to Echo & The Bunnymens brilliant comeback album, Evergreen, whilst doing the housework, (always good for future favours I may require,when the better half walks into a spick & span house after her hard days graft)

Works for me too mate, best bargaining tool ever! Listening to John Mellencamps Lonesome Jubilee album, it's got some real good fiddle playing that our Barry could get to grips with.
Also just got Dr. feelgood, the U.A. years, ain't played it yet but when I do it will be LOUD!!!!

Pearl Jam & Eddie Vedder.
Some times has the similar throaty lyric SH has.
Also has some great lyrics like Steve(a master of drugs & Sadness).
as an adolescent of the 70's SOME Glam Rock. Also mad out Lennon & McCartney.
Recently into Symphonic Rock (Apocalyptica)
Riding the Waves :-)
