  • Rediscovered Steve Harley after IndigO2 Dec 2011.
Deck located in attic. Looking mighty dusty and HUGE compared to iPhone!!!!!
Need to clean it up and hope for the best. Family may not be so delighted as I will be if it works!
Inspired to start a thread, based on the Prima Donna Vinyl mix up...... See you on 'Which title or line from a SH song, describes you best?

Seems very sad, i still have my original albums that i brought all those years ago and would not part with any of my vynal for anything. Old fashioned me, thats all.

Me too,wouldnt part with them for the world,and i have a deck to play them on.

i never stopped collecting vinyl (sad git i am) i probably only have about 100 cds maimly for car,holidays and must have albums that have never been released on vinyl .Vinyl is so much nicer to look at ,it sounds better and you can actually read the sleeve notes and lyrics ,but one of things that really stands out is how beautiful some covers look especially some gatefold albums ,plus the bonus of the increasing value they gather, cds were only introduced be cause they cost a fraction of the price to produce compared to vinyl
