My suggestion would be (respectfully) remove 'Latest News' for two reasons;

1. It appears to be identical with 'Home' choice. Perhaps rename 'Home', as,
'Home/Latest News'.

2. The current 'Latest News' (at eleventh down the list), is too far down, anyway i.e. could convey the impression, that its subservient, to the ten choices above.

13/12/22 Edit: It just came to me by writing something else on the Forums, that (1. refers) 'Home/Latest', would be even better. My health sciences study is teaching me (despite my long held love of words) to be more concise! Lol
