Took the day off to book this, but nothing doing. Palace theatre website not showing the gig, phoned box office and they know nothing about it.

Very disappointed.

They re doing all they can.
The venue is struggling because many shows are going on sale this week and they didn’t have time to set up the Ticket Sales for Steve Harley.
They are being told to communicate with customers and tell them that yes, tickets will be on sale as soon as possible for Steve Harley for the 5th November show.


We are obviously livid about this. Please call the Box Office and see if Tickets are available over the phone.

Just spoke to southend box office
they are blaming the promoter for jumping the gun
quote "we are still in negotiations with promoter and they are likely to go on sale within the next two weeks"
so no online sales or phone sales likely for Two weeks!!

It's poor, Barry, we know.
All that can be done is being done right now.
Steve's agent is on to it, of course.

I know everyone at Steve's end is doing their best to resolve it and I know its not the sort of hassle anyone wants ( particuarly a Friday afternoon :-})
