Great clip GedKen.Must have been weird for Steve to go back to Marble Arch to see if he could still make a bob or two busking. Has anyone got video of the programme (The One Show ??)where Steve goes back to the flat where he was born and takes us on a guided tour of the area where he grew up? It was fascinating stuff and would be nice to see it again.

This was great! Loved every minute of it. Always like it when I see something about Steve that I've never seen before. :)

Funnily enough, sssikuk has also just uploaded the recent One Show appearance, which is both the documentary segment and the performance of Make Me Smile.

Thanks for the offer Glynis. Within minutes of my last post I found the clip on YouTube and have cheekily downloaded it! Steve rarely talks about his early years and it was interesting to see the flat where he lived as a child. Some great early photos too. A young lad destined to succeed.
