Went along to the Thursday night at Nell's. The first half of the show had a few sound problems, but that was OK, it is a live show after all. During the interval I was struck by an overwhelming feeling that there was nowhere else I would rather be than there at that gig on that night. (and no, before you ask, I wasn't a bit tipsy, at £6 a pint I was still stone cold sober!). Completely content.

The second half was simply fantastic; opening with a 'Stranger comes to town' the gig just took off and soared.

I came away on a high from the whole performance. This particular line up of CR have got something special going, and I can only hope that the guys can get into a studio someday soon and bottle some of that lightning in an album (or two... or more?).
