I bought my tickets for this event directly from Brandywinemusic.....the old-fashioned way.
Phoned them first (before tickets were printed) then sent cheque made out to Brandywine Music and sae to their address Brandywine Music, P.O. Box 474, Sevenoaks, Kent, TN13 9JR. There's no booking fee and they were charming to deal with. I have allocated seats with row and seat number.

Many thanks Rachel and Stella for the replies. I'm probably worrying over nothing and sure it will be ok on the evening. Union Chapel was just so special last november, I'm thinking this will be equally special in such an amazing venue. For me the highlight of my year, so counting the minutes down as we speak!

I contacted Keith Stockman of Brandywine Music about this. He's a friend on Facebook. He asked me to post this reply for him.

Thanks for purchasing the tickets from WeGotTickets.

Our order number is 01732 440470 - this is directed to either of our mobile phone numbers. If we can't take your call, we will get back to you as soon as possible (as it says on our voicemail messages - just leave us a message, and we'll reply).

Correct - we don't send out tickets - you just need your order reference and ID. We are not are large organisation, and this helps keep our costs, and your ticket price, at a sensible level.

The seating capacity is in the order of 750. I am guessing that we will not get to that, and so the seating plan will be rows of chairs, approx eight wide, one rank on the left, one rank on the right, for however many rows we need - just like a typical Cathedral layout (all facing the front). IF we need to fill out sideways, we have blocks of seating to the right and left of the alter (Stage).
The first-come-first-seated setup worked brilliantly back in June when we had the Levellers (Over 730 seated) - nobody had a problem, everyone was happy.

You may come and collect your tickets from mid afternoon, or you can queue for them at the front of the Cathedral from about 7pm. You will certainly get an unrestricted view (we offer restricted view seats at a reduced price if they are needed).

As for getting hold of us, just visit our website at www.brandywinemusic.co.uk - there is a page there which gives 1) Our contact email address (which is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., 2) our contact phone number (which is 01732 440470), 3) A "Contact Us" form which can be completed online. On our website, it has lnks to our Facebook, Twitter and YouTube accounts - all of which have methods for posting comments, contacting us publically or privately.
It's not in our interests to be "unavailable" to you, our paying customers. We want you to have a great night - and you WILL!!!

I can assure you that we run quality events, with quality artists that will give you a quality evening.

Come and say hello to us on the evening. Hope the above helps (Many thanks to Stella for posting it for us - as the discussion board doesn't allow us to post responses).

Best wishes

Kev and Keith

The Brandy Wine response omits to explain how Stella got tickets with an allocated row and seat number

There seems to be some contradiction here.

Maybe you have to be the guy's friend on Facebook

I heard (from those lovely fellows at Brandywine Music........friends on Facebook ;)) that the Rochester Cathedral gig will be recorded with a view to releasing it as a live album.
How exciting! :)
