With all due respect to Almond, Sebastian is imo, one of the all time great songs, not just by Steve, but anyone, and as such, again imo, shouldn't be touched,by any other artist, in recent years other classics such as Bowie's Heroes, & The Undertones Teenage Kicks have been slaughtered by artists who shouldn't have been allowed to go anywhere near these songs!!!!! just my humble opinion.

I don't agree. The most a song is played, the longest it lives, makes it immortal this way. It's a great opportunity to touch every ear, of all ages.
Can't say I impressed by Almond's version though but fair enough to him.
Really like what Nebojsa1975 does, actually.
