Ps: I can see You Tube videos on their site.
Nobody else uses my computer.
I believe I have always had this problem on this computer.
I bet my old ZX81 and BBC would have coped lol....

100% SUCCESS...yes I am shouting.

This did it, exacly from the site you suggested

Turned out that I needed to reinstall Flash 10 or newer; but with a special uninstaller.
1.Download a Flash uninstalled from
kb2.adobe.com/cps/141/tn_14157.html. 2.Close All IE windows
3.Run the uninstaller
4.Goto get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ and reinstall the Flash player again.

You are amazing, thank goodness we have folks like you on Stephens site that can offer non techies like me good advice and try to get us out of trouble.
