Please see review from the Birmingham Mail below:

Steve Harley and Cockney Rebel
SYMPHONY HALL BIRMINGHAM
“STRANGE” was how Steve Harley described this concert an hour after it had finished.
As he took to the stage there was a lengthy standing ovation.
“I was overwhelmed” he told me afterwards.
Perhaps even Steve has underestimated the fierce loyalty he has generated in his fans, who sold out this concert seven months ago.
The 1973 album the Human Menagerie was performed in its entirety, while the second half of the set featured second album The Pyschomodo.
Steve couldn’t resist throwing a curve-ball with an impromptu performance of Stranger Comes To Town. The Orchestra of the Swan and Chamber Choir were also exemplary.
There were a number of standing ovations and Steve said: I’m deeply touched, it’s taken me 40 years to get here.”
Verdict: 4 stars out of 5
MARTIN HUTCHINSON

Shame a concert described as exemplary could not get 5 stars.

If that's only a 4 out of 5 it's be interesting to see what merits full marks.
