I have been to various Steve Harley gigs over a long number of years going back to the old Apollo days in Glasgow. I had tix for the Saturday nite show and was so blown away by the performance got tix for the second gig on Sunday. Steve looked so relaxed and enjoyed some good natured banter (the banter of youth!) with the fervent audience. For me Sebastian was the standout on Sunday and Tumbling Down on Saturday. Barry Wickens on violin was absolutely immense and on Sunday we sat to the left of stage to watch him specifically. Managed to get front row seats both nites and it was great to be so close to the players. Also a mention to James Lascelles on piano who also an excellent support. Thank you Steve for 2 truly great nites. Have a great Christmas and all the best to you and the crew for 2013!
