I'm knocked over by this film! Wonderful point in time. Look at him standing there, just turned 24! After all he had been through, there he is, in all his pomp, with three fabulous albums already under his belt, just hit No. 1 with Make Me Smile a couple of weeks earlier.....

I never thought I would ever get to glimpse a record of such times. Amazing.

I bunked off school to go see thi film at Swiss Cottage Odeon (N.London) It was the undercard for some shite film with David Carradine. Death race 2000 I believe. The world ain't right issit! xxx
