I caught Desert Island Discs this week and I heard the marvellous Malorie Blackman enthuse about her record choices.

It occurred to me during the show that it would be fantastic to hear Steve wend his way through his favourite records, luxury item and favourite book. His spot on that iconic show is long overdue!

I sent a suggestion in through the website - if a few more of us do it they might do the business.
