Stella, the rehydrated dust sounds REALLY delicious. Not! Your diet sounds similar to a detox/cleanse I was on last summer. It worked well, but was so awful to be on it wasn't sustainable. Try blending a banana into your shakes. It makes them thick and tastier. I think it's admirable that you are determined enough to bear the inclement weather conditions no matter what they are. You will succeed. And I'm glad you've made walking a passion, it's a healthy one. I will be rooting for you from afar.
