Through the recommendation of a very good friend I was given the heads up to be able to give tech support and look after Steve whilst he was giving a song writing master class at The Liverpool Institute For Performing Arts. I am a massive fan of Steve's work but I had to remain professional during my employment. If Steve ever reads this, I had a glorious day, I was treated with so much respect by Steve and would say that Steve is sounding and performing better than ever.
He was joined on stage by the fantastically talented Mona Lisa Twins, who I had the great pleasure of giving support to as well. Apparently, Steve had never done anything like this before, that is, sitting in a theatre, giving anecdotes and advice to students of the arts, well you could have fooled me. He was so passionate, relaxed and giving of his wisdom and experiences.
I had a fantastic day.

Lucky man, first for being Steve's tech, but getting to see the Masterclass. I imagine it was a private, in-house event? SH: Maybe you'll do one for the public one day? With a Q and A etc.....

All it was about was the venue, audience and general vibe of the afternoon.

The Master Class was in front of students of song writing at LIPA.

I thought that they had solid, golden moments to ask Steve and The Mona Lisa Twins about their craft, but....
