When I was very young I used to help Steve’s dad Eric deliver milk on weekend mornings. I recently ran into another young man who did the same thing. I don’t suppose if anyone knows if Mr. Nice is still alive. I have recently suffered some serious medical issues (encephalitis) twice and am back in London full time. It would be lovely to thank Mr Nice for the part he played in teaching me the value of hard work from when I was knee high to a grasshopper.

I’d never even heard of Cockney Rebel until my mum who is helping me during my recovery mentioned that Mr Nice’s son was famous! :)

All the best to you all and keep on rocking.

  • Reassuringly expensive.
Hi Dominic, I'm pretty sure Mr. Nice senior is still this side of the turf. You'll find a smashing picture of him with his son, Steve, grandson Kerr and great-grandson Cameron on Steve's diary entry dated 26/02/2016.
If you can't say something nice don't say nothing at all.

Lol - I was under 10 at the time so my memory is bound to be a little fuzzy :)
