After being locked out of the website for almost a week and a string of emails to Rachel and Andy the webmaster here I finally managed to log in just now. As I logged in I still got an automatic message saying "Your username and password don't match or you don't have an account yet" (even though I was logged in) but Andy, you're a star and it's good to be back xx.

My phone is very slow and I think it fails to log on quickly enough at home. Using the free wi-fi in M&S right now but I think I"ll give up trying when I'm home. I'm presuming my IP address is blocked again.

As discussed, you need to do a full virus scan on the laptop. You only get locked out when the malware on your laptop tries to hack into the website.
In fact I'd recommend regular virus scanning for everyone. These viruses today are incredibly destructive, can destroy your computer, steal your personal information, and worse of all, stop you from being able to see this web site!

Andy. How can I do a virus scan on my phone? Are there any free ones? My laptop isn't in use. It's unplugged. I only used it to check to see if I was locked out on any of my other devices. It first happened on my phone.
