My 'Birmingham' D.V.D. has stopped playing... both discs.

Has anyone else encountered this problem, with theirs?

They've always been a bit glitchy, since I first bought 'Birmingham' when it came out. But now they won't play at all on my D.V.D. player/TV, and only fitfully on my P.C.

Does anyone know who I should contact at Comeuppance (or Goodmedia), in order to get this resolved?
