I took delivery of a vinyl copy of the Uncovered album on Wednesday the 23rd of February. Unfortunately the record is damaged having a number of scratches on side A. I have played the record once to establish if the scratches are audible and they are.

I sent an email to Comeuppance asking for a replacement however, I have not had a response.

Does anyone know how I can get a replacement copy or a refund, the website does not appear to have a process in place?

Hi Keith. Mine has a jump too, side B, just repeats. But you know, I don’t care. It gets me off my *ss, just like my younger days instead of pressing a button and skipping a track, part of the deal, the age, the nuance, the warm embrace. Hope you get sorted.
