im really glad the DVD problems worked out for you ,especially at xmas ,

So am I, Crazy Horse, and it was all due to you. :) I've watched the DVD three times in two days! lol Now, I need to find the real DVD of the "Live From London" concert, and I won't use eBay this time. Plus, I still have the "Isle of Wight" DVD to look forward to. What am I going to do when I run out of DVDs???? Steve, we need more DVDs of you. We love watching you as much as we love listening to you. :)

Happy New Year to everyone. How I wish I could be at Holmfirth this New Year's Eve. Throw flowers onstage for me. :)

Thanks sweety! And of course I'll share it here.

I am thinking of constructing a special suitcase so I can take you with me. Traveling alone is going to be intimidating and it would be fun to have a pal along!

Have a great new years!

  • Reassuringly expensive.
Let us all know when you're planning to arrive Alizarin Stag and where you plan to land. I'm sure some of us could make it feel less intimidating and search out some decent hotels for your stay. Some London hotels are real flea pits. I pity the foreigners when they come here.

Guess what Rachel and Steve, I got the DVD and book tonight!! I went down to the mailbox at 11:00 p.m. in my pajamas. It was cold! But, I thought I'd just take a look and see what was there. And they were there!! I just finished watching the whole thing. :) It was GREAT! Loved the behind the scenes thingie and the interview with Steve, that was a great addition. And LOVED the rendition of "Riding the Waves", although every song was fabulous. It was definitely worth the wait.

Thank you soooooo much for your generosity in sending the DVD. And Steve, I loved the signing of the book, it made my day. :) How I wish I could be at Holmfirth for the New Year's Eve bash. Have a wonderful time! And Happy New Year to you and everyone else on the forum. :)

Lots of love, Cheri

On the Isle of Wight DVD that Steve sent me, there is an interview section where Steve is interviewed. In it, he mentions that he's going to re-release "Make Me Smile" with his current band and a gospel choir. Does anyone know if it was actually released?

Also, I "THINK" he mentioned the fact that he's thinking about writing an autobiography. Does anyone know if that is in the works, either?

The DVD is from 2004, so I was just wondering if these things were never ventured into, or if I have missed something wonderful. Anyone?
