on the run out groove at the end of side 2.
George says " You musn't laugh at the end" I think, from memory.
the needle used to stick on my vinyl copy and just go on and on...

George was a fun fella and it does sound like him saying 'but we musn't laugh at the end' and I hope it is, god rest him, and I hope he did, he was alright was George. xxx,

Hi Stewart....yes I remember that as well, which used to play on my older record deck, but when I changed to a Dual CS504 the arm lifted earlier and so I never heard that 'extra' piece again. I was going to post that as well, but I couldn't remember the album it was on !!!

Thanks for reminding me of that little gem of information !!!

Not exactly another gem, but I also used to own The Human Menagerie on 8 Track, which I found in a record shop on the south coast. Having been the proud owner of a 'music centre' in those days I could listen to the radio (SW,MW,LW and no FM), play records or play 8 Track cassettes. The quality of the 8 Track was better than the quality of my turntable at the time, so most of my listening to THM was always via this medium. It sounded magnificent in those days, so I can hardly wait for November to get the full on experience live.

I'm keen to see how Maelitta's Back To The Farm at 78RPM testing went over this weekend, as well

Cheers,
Snowy
