Wow! Royal Albert Halls and Manchester. Sounds superb!

What a fantastic weekend,everything & much more than I had hoped for.Not one negative thought on this amazing show,missed lyrics.....who cares,thats what seeing a band live is all about infact one of my fondest memories is of Phil Lynott forgetting the words to Parisienne Walkways then stepping back from the mic just laughing.So many highlights but just wanna mention Steve Normans performance,such enthusiasm...sign him up for Cockney Rebel now!

This show was recorded on hi-tech ProTools equipment for a CD release.
Steve will take the files to a recording studio after the UK Acoustic dates to mix it down. Earlier, he mentioned on the phone spending time correcting the two or three lyric lines that "went astray while other matters pre-occupied me". And laughed. But he now knows some have suggested keeping the flaws in the recording. Time will tell.....
We also filmed the concert on HD video cameras (4 in all) and will wait and see how they turn out before any decision can be taken. They were not high quality film cameras.

OMG! CD, and Royal Albert Hall? Just when you think it can't get any better!

No need to visit this year Santa, Christmas has arrived early!!!

He HAS to leave the flaws in .... by all means remix the levels of the instruments, but please, he must keep it as is.

As for the DVD, could Steve not make it as a website only purchase.?????? Rather than spend a fortune on video editing for a full general release, im sure many would purchase something via the site. Please dont leave something like that languishing in the vault !!!

Royal Albert Hall? Wow! That would be another amazing night. The thought of it gives me chills. And Manchester? Brilliant.

The highlight for me in Birmingham was Stranger Comes To Town. It was delivered with such gusto, and was so very powerful, it didn't need an orchestra. I could not believe how much emotion he gave to that fine track. Whoaaah!

I loved every damn second of the show.

Don't be hard on my mate Ray, he only expressed an opinion. If people hadn't responded, especially in the way they did, then the matter would now be closed. There are far more, as in 99% of people were more than complimentary. It should have been left there.

Still on a high, I don't think I will be coming down for a while
