Bloomin nightmare on web site, got in on row 3 then bounced.

Eventually got through on phone and ended up with end seats on 2nd row. Probably some seats someone had temporarily reserved. Blow sitting where the sound is best, I want to be close to it all
Happy days.

Moral is keep trying on the phone, you might get lucky and pick up something better than the web site is offering and a to the nice lady on the phone.
